Re: [APML] OT: Deep M81 (12 Hours) (My image...really!)



Stunning shot of M81, which I must confess is one of my favourite 
galaxies. I couldn't help but compare your shot of M81 with Jim Misti's. 
It seems as though the two are very comparable in terms of depth and 
resolution. I note with some interest that your shot required 12 hours 
and his was only 105 minutes, but it does show that a smaller instrument 
can produce comparable results to much larger instruments, albeit with a 
lot more effort.
