Yes. I bought some months ago the Johnsen's white lithium grease. It is a spray. Works well, but seems to be a bit insufficient viscous to my taste.
Today I desassembled the AR part (it was easier than the Dec) and cleaned that ugly Synta's greases. I was surprised to find at least three different kinds of greases in there. One was orange, used mainly in the plastic rings. The black grease, wich seems to be glue..., is used in the worm teeths. Finally, there was a strange gray grease in the inner part of the AR worm gear.

Thanks. It seems to be more a forum dedicated to every product in the advanced series than a CG5 one... anyway, I'll give it a try.

Thanks for the info. I don't want to convert my CG5 to GoTo... just build an autoguider port wich could be used by a cheap webcam or a ccd camera. Anyway, I want to make everything by myself and then save as much money as I can.
