Re: [APML] MY FIRST GUIDED PRIME FOCUS IMAGE

I wish my first one was that good. Great start! The guiding isn't noticable at all with perhaps some very slight trailing but I'm not sure of that. I do see some sort of abberation at the corners but that's not a guiding issue. Congratulations for a nice start!

Subject: [APML] MY FIRST GUIDED PRIME FOCUS IMAGE

Hello Everyone,
I've just finished processing and posting my first guided prime focus image (M42-what else?) taken through my Stellarvue Blackhawk Achromat.  The guiding wasn't perfect and the processing is definitely lacking but it's the best I can do right now.  I guess I need to get me an APO so I can get rid of the blue stars.  I would appreciate any comments or suggestions the group might be able to give me.
