Jim,

Maybe they are cheaper.  I checked 6 months ago with my local welding supply
company in San Diego, they quoted about $500 for the tank, the fill, and the
regulator.  Since the gas is "flammable", it takes a $200 regulator rather
than an $80 one.  At that price, I gave up on hypering.
