Steve, the image has several problems. First, it is out of focus, and
seeing that the grain appears also out, I may ask if you either applied some
sort of blur filter, or your scanner was out. The horizontal banding from
you scanner I think is unacceptable. And finally, there is a severe
vignette making the center bright green.
