You will have noticeable vignetting with these scopes as the secondary 
mirror is not nearly large enough to fully illuminate medium format. 
Collimation is very critical too as it needs to be within a couples 
thousandths across the film plane. It's possible, but not easy to do 
when you have a focuser and two mirrors that all need to be aligned. 
Focusing is probably the least of the problems.
