Thom, you know, 20+ years ago I used to work in a lab building circuits but
them days are long past and I don't think I'm up to this "do it yourself"
approach but I'm impressed to be sure at what you've managed!

As an aside, I believe the Meade rely will work but I don't want to act on
that assumption - I have an e-mail into Scott Losmandy and I've surfed the
various discussion groups. I've asked SBIG and they said ask Meade (not
offensively, just that they didn't know (which seemed odd to me)). I've also
got a note into the Losmandy Yahoo group, will see what that produces.

Anyway, if your approach worked so well, my confidence in the Meade unit on
the Losmandy is rising but I'll see what else I can learn first.
