Alan - I think, pressing ahead with the pop metaphors, I'm "in the deep
end" now, I'd better be a good swimmer!

I bought mine from Cyanogen (aka Diffraction Limited) in Ottawa. Got to
talk with Doug George which was neat. He it was that sold me on the ST-7Ei
vs any alternative (he seemed unoffended by my asking for help on stuff I
might buy used on Astromart). Anyway, it will ship from their stock any
moment. It was slightly higher to cover their cost to bring it into
Canada.
