Meaning they look bad?

You have to convert the image from Adobe color space to sRGB before you 
save it as a JPEG for the web.

Absolutely.  You should have done this first.

If you have a hardware calibration device and software for that, use 
that.  If not, I would use Adobe Gamma that came with Photoshop.

You should also be able to use whatever came with PW Pro, and it should 
give you very similar results as Adobe Gamma, or you are not doing 
something right.
