RE: [APML] Another M42 - again
Clay, I second Jeff's comments. Very nice work! I
used the Orion Sky Glow (broadband) filter on mine,
with Kodak RG400 Select film, and noticed only a minor
shift towards the magenta end that was corrected by
post-processing. What film are you using?
I think that the IDAS filter would be better, but at
the moment I'm not ready to pay the extra $$$. With
the LX90 at f5, I can't get the Running Man Nebula in
the FOV, so I'll have to wait until next year to make
a mosaic.
Thanks for the comment on my M42. I think it's
improved with Jeff's advice.
