Hi Nicola, what software are you using for editing your photos?
If you are familiar with Photoshop, the two links below will help.

I never used supra 400 but it looks to me as if there is too much magenta.

Here are two good links that will help with colour and levels adjustments:
It would also help for you to scan at a higher resolution and work with a
tiff file till the final adjustments of your picture...then save as jpeg
with a higher save rating then what you are using.
