You might want to look <G> at the problem from a medical point of view also:
1. do you use contacts or glasses and is your prescription up to date?
2. could you be slowing your blink rate because of concentration and
allowing your eyes to dry?
Number 2 above started hitting me a few months back and baffled me for a
while before I figured out what it was. A couple of drops of artificial
tears from the local drug store as soon as I notice any symptoms takes care
of it very nicely.
