Howsabout "Telescope Optics - Evaluation and Design" by Harrie Rutten and
Martin van Venrooij? It's published by Willmann-Bell and covers everything
from Houghton cameras to sheep sprinklers! :-) Lots of math and spot
diagrams. Good reading.
