Tony,

For typical items, mint condition will get 75% of new price. Mint means indistinguishable from a new item on close examination. 

Items that have a very small amount of wear might be deemed excellent. They tend to fetch 50% - 70%. On eBay I might start the auction at 50% and assign a "buy it now" of 75%.
