Mike: I heard Williams optics surpass Borg optics. But I also heard Chevys surpass Fords, which is not evidently true. The guy who made that comment, however, had owned both and was a good optician. I also heard that the older Russian made ones were supposed to be better. They are supposed to be apochromatic.
