[APML] Celestron G-8N opinions

Does anyone have any experience with a Celestron G-8N 8" Reflector (#31058)?
It's priced at $450 on Adorama, but elsewhere it's $650-$700:

I know it's far from ideal for AP, and the mount is not fit for AP, but it's
the best I can do now. I'll just use it mostly for visual work, though I
won't be able to resist *some* AP.  Any comments or opinions on it, feel
free to send to me privately if you feel it's not of interest to the list.
