Brian:
Ask lots of questions: ie. When do they want to run the image?
Where will the image run; Ie. Cover, full page, 1/2 page, etc.
I'm pretty sure they want to run it in one issue, so be sure to stipulate
that it is for use in one issue only and specify the issue, like: May, 2002
Issue, only, No other rights granted.
I don't know of this publication or their track record.
Once they specify when and how they want to run the image, they should tell
you what they will pay. If not, or if you don't like the amount, then you'll
have to negotiate a different amount.
