[APML] Lumicons film + development time

Just some info for those using lumicons hypered TP or for those who are just
plain curious, I called and asked for the recommended development time and
there answer was 4 mins at 70 deg. in D-19 !

To me that is an incredibly short amount of time to develope hypered TP
considering how most of you develope around 7-10 mins.
Well that explains away why my negs come out so dark past 6-10 mins.
