Hello Alson,

Are you using the original "SS35 Direct" driver?  This is the one I am 
using.  I have compared it against the newer Polacolor Insight software and 
have found that it is both more accurate to control and gives better 
results than the newer driver, especially for astro material.  If you are 
using the original driver then I have found that it works perfectly on 
everything I have tried including Windows NT.  I don't have XP specifically 
but I'd be very surprised indeed if it didn't work on that.
