Not all hardware is supported in Windows XP.  If the hardware is old
and outdated (and the SS35+ may well be in Polaroid's view), the
manufacturer may not bother writing a new driver for XP.

Your best bet is to check with Polaroid support (if you haven't already
done so).  You may also want to ask them if the SS4000 XP driver works
with the SS35+.

The driver that came with my SprintScan 35 Plus is not compatible with Windows XP,
and on Polaroid's Web site, no Win XP drivers are available.  Has anyone gotten
around this problem?
