Im not sure I know what emulsion flake outs are but what I sometimes get on
my film are these perfectly round spots,(dark near the edges of the circle),
throughout the frame.
To me it looks as if a bubble had been sitting in those areas while
developing.
I usually bang the tank once on a surface to free any airbubbles that would
sit on the film just in case.
