Robert,
When you downloaded the self-extracting file for SGBNR, the self extraction
process creates a subfolder with the help files in it.  You can go to that
folder and read the documentation using Windows Explorer.  I found the file
called HowItWorks.en.html to be very helpful in getting to use the program.
If you search for that file name, you should find it.  I couldn't get the
program to open the help files from inside the program either.
