Mike - That's strange.  I'm running 5.01 and I could download the programs
fine.  Maybe try uninstalling the 5.5 upgrade and then try installing v5.01
from the MS download site?

Steve - Conflicts were a concern since I'm running both IE and Netscape but
so far everything is running smoothly.
