Hello,
One of the only and most
effective ways to really combat a very heavy grain pattern is to make a masked
Gaussian Blur of the image... even Grain Surgery has a problem with clumps of
grains... again thinking that this is part of the image and not noise. The
masked Gaussian Blur technique that Mike Cook introduced to us attacks
everything uniformly except what has been masked off... I use PW for
this...
