[APML] Wide field M42 with Neat Image reprocess

Neat image allowed me to really push these thinner than desired negs.  I
probably pushed a little too hard.  I will probably reprocess with a
little less stretching.  But the image is much cleaner than pre_Neat
Image.  I have not seen any of the grain artifacts on the RG200 or
Provia, yet.  Ideally, we would see the smooth filter effect at the time
we were pushing the curves:-)  I stretched the curves a lot from my
original enhancement to see what Neat Image would do with the shadow
areas.  I probably clipped the blue channel a bit.  Just a quick process
before bed.  I used a 20% filter and  the smart sharp filter on all
channels.
