     "If" you do get any clear weather go ahead and test.  You can always make sure things are correct during moonlit nights, you'll even have some free light to work in.  That's better than wasting scant moonless nights troubleshooting...joe  :)

Thanks Wade, I didn't really think it would.  Looks like a moot point anyway with the cloud cover we're experiencing.  Guess I'll just wait until New Moon.

Although I have never used the filter, it will likely offer little benefit in suppressing "moon glow" since the moon shines at all visible wavelengths.
