Re: [APML] (OT) String theory?

In 2003, PBS had a Nova that discussed the String Theory. It was based on
Brian Green's book The Elegant Universe. This may be the same program that
was on the Discovery channel since PBS shows seem to be migrating to
commercial TV.

My local PBS station has a lot of information about the program including
references at http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/elegant/. You can even view
the program using QuickTime or Real Video. It is a good starting point for
looking into the subject.

Personally, I have my doubts about String Theory but have not studied it
enough to either fully reject or accept it.

Regards,

Andy
