Interesting background info, thanks. I was a little surprised that it
is 500 ly out, I was guessing about 200 ly. Don't think I'll get much
through the FS-102 and the OM-1, but hey, it's worth a try.
I really like the images of this group, especially the one posted by
Ken (or was it Don?) the other day. Nice wide FOV that went on forever.
These are the kinds of targets I have in mind when I eventually get a
CCD camera, and am ready for harder targets.
I think I will do a google search for a list of Abell objects and see
what comes up.
