Of course, it is a chromatic aberration. On film images you cannot see it
as easy as on CCD. Have a look at:

Also on perfect focussed CCD-Images you can see the blue halos a little bit

At the night, we captured the picture of RCW108 we had a mechanical problem
with the focusser and get out a little little bit of focus at the
color-channels, but waiting for comet T7 LINEAR visible in the morning sky,
we had not time to change the focus to perfect. As a result the blue halos
maybe more visible?
