I put red ants on my list a couple summers ago after they prompted
some unpleasant mid-evening dancing. My usual dark site seems
to be infested with the things, so I've added a can of Raid to my packing
list.  I spray first, wait a while, and then spread a plastic tarp where
I'm putting the mount.  Facilitates recovery of dropped thumbscrews too!
