RE: [APML] NGC7000 with a false comet !

The lack of density along the left edge is du to my roll that fell infront the holder because my setting is like this http://www.robertreeves.com/homeroll.jpg but I dont have the supports for the 2 rolls :( I'll have to find a way to avoid this problem without drilling in the holder because it's not my schmidt-camera.
 
It's the first time I see this unusual reflection but I like it for this time ;)

Generally with a Schmidt you see a very different kind of
reflection. Bright light usually bounces off the film, off the primary, off
the corrector plate, back to the primary and back to the film. This produces
a strange "pincushion" shape, opposite of centre to the bright star in the

last image on the page. Not sure what you have Dom! The lack of density
along the left edge of the picture is also unusual.
