RE: [APML] NGC7000 with a false comet !



Dominic,
I am sure Robert Reeves or Chris Schur or other Schmidt expert will
help.  I guess it is something like the film holder or edge of mirror or
something just off the mirror's edge.  Perhaps the only remedy is to
keep bright stars from near the edge.  I hope you can find a way to
minimize the reflection without worrying about bright stars on the edge.
I will watch this discussion as it unfolds.

I realy dont know , that's why I ask the question.
 
Is it because the stars is very bright and  was too close of the edge ?
I'm not sure but I realy dont know !
