RE: [APML] Konica Centuria super 400



Um, Dom, before you get too excited let me give you a comparison. I have a
shot of the same region, using the same equipment. The difference is in the
time and the film. The exposure was twice as long at 10 minutes but the film
was Fuji SG100, 1996 vintage. The effective exposure is half of what you
shot as it is only 100ASA. Compare the images:

The Konica looks like a luser to me. Sorry! Hopefully Polaroid works out
better. :)

Hi all !
 
I have only few minutes today for the web but I want to share my results
with the film Konica Centuria super 400 and 800.
 
The results are very similar for the 400 and 800.
 
YES , ASTROPHOTO WITH FILM IS NOT DEAD !!! :) 
 
I was very glad when I saw my picture at Walmart :)
 
Here's the film that I used

I only applied a unsharp mask and resized the image took with a schmidt
camera 8" @ f1.5 , 5 minutes exposure , the subject was M8 and M20 to see if
the film is good in red and blue , THIS FILM IS GOOD IN RED AND BLUE , YES
!!!!

I found the next film that I'll use now , and you ? ;)
 
btw : I'll try another new film that I found at Walmart : Polaroid
HighDefinition plus. It's made by Agfa ... results will follow soon because
we have a clear sky tonight :)
