Hmm, I don't know about longer. For any one exposure, yes, but you can do in
one exposure what takes me 15 or so (five through each of three filters). My
subs are seldom shorter than 5 minutes and are usually more like 10-20
minutes. If I am using my C14 and emission line filters then they run 30 to
45 minutes per sub. Start multiplying 15 sub-exposures by 30 to 45 minutes
and you start talking about some real time going by (borrowing an idea from
Everett Dirksen).
