Re: [APML] Comet NEAT - May 11th image

It was definitely a very nice comet but no Hyakutake or Hale-Bopp. I don't
think any comet will compare to Hyakutake in our life time.
With all the hype before hand, I'm actually surprised at the lack of prime
focus CCD/film images. There are tons of tripod/camera pics though. There
have been some good ones posted on the SBIG list and one or two on the
digital-astro group but I would've expected more....... Maybe it was the
crap weather in most areas? I know if I didn't travel to CA, I would have
nothing to show.
