[APML] Printer Horror Story

Hi all,

As some of you may remember, I had posted some messages earlier in the year
on how my Epson "archival" printer had all its astro prints fade or turn
yellow after only six months. Disgusted, we bought a Cannon 9000 series
printer, thier version of a photo archival printer. That was four months
ago. the prints started to turn brown after only two months on display, and
after four months, were horrible. Is there ANY printer out there under a
grand that my astro images can be printed with and not fade away after only
a few months? We display them both on a wall where the only illumination is
a north facing window and out of direct sunlight. My album prints, sealed
in plastic and in the dark faded out as well. What is an astrophotograher
to do???

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Chris Schur
