Re: [APML] Forming gas handling

No, at least not for me. I ahve a 3 or 4 thousand liter tank in
my basemetn for 5 years now - haven't blown myself up yet. Considering i
am the ultimate klutz, that's saying something.

> - Do I really have to "shake before using" forming gas?

I don't think so - I never have. also, is it not a strange
inconsistancy to be warned about being careful,a nd then, being told to
"shake it up' before using? Hmmm... :)

It's as about as exciting as watching paint dry, IMO.

The only real thing you may run into, is many different Sates
and/or Provinces may require you to use a Hydrogen regulator. Where i got
my gas fomr - a locally owned welding supply shop - they told em an oxygen
regulator should work just fine for the forming gas, since hte hydrogen was
so weak. however, the law was I needed a hydrogen regulator. That was th
emost expsnive part.

The strange thing about it all is, a hydrogen rgulator is used for
welding special jobs & mateials with hyrdrogen. You woudl think hydrogen
weldign to be a bit more dangerous than film hypering.
