 In PW Pro, select 'Nearest Neighbor' and 'Perserve: Porportions' when re-
sizing... work with TIFF to start, then do JPEG 'Save' after sizing. The 
distortions left will be in your originals... PW Pro also has a function to 
shift/correct these distortions *before* you 'Save'.   :O)
