Re: [APML] Focusing with KEF and Diagonal?
Kevin;
I've never heard of this adapter before but have you try placing the
diagonal adapter 'before' the KEF. The KEF is spaced for attaching directly
to the camera body. Introducing the adapter between the KEF and camera body
will defeat the critical KEF to camera body focus distance. Good luck...joe

I just bought the diagonal adapter to save my neck when using the KEF. I
connected the adapter to the back of the KEF, then inserted my diagonal into
the adapter.

Instead, the star image appeared to be a very small disk that only covered a
small portion of the mirror. I suppose this is because of the extra distance
to my eye imposed by the adapter and diagonal.

removing the adapter and diagonal and focusing by the usual means (i.e.,
down on my knees, neck contorted). Does anyone know how to use the diagonal
adapter with the Hutech KEF? Am I doing something wrong?
