[APML] Guiding far from the object

Hello all,

do you see any problem in guiding with a star that is far from the 
object you are shooting?
I'd like to shoot NGC7000 for instance and at my latitude is at zenit in 
this period, and I don't want to have my neck broken because I have to 
be in an unconfortable position :-)
