RE: [APML] Moon + Fireflies

Brian, thats a neat image!  we have glow worms in Payson like Tony has, but they just sit there - they dont do the spiraling arcs like in your shot.  Of course if we throw them well get a parabolic arch...

Subject: [APML] Moon + Fireflies

I attempted to capture some fireflies on believe it or not, provia 100 F with success!
I can imagine I would have gotten better results on 400.

Take a look here at the results: http://www.astrobri.com/fireflies.htm

good fortune,
Brian
