RE: [APML] First light with FSQ
Jeff, using the red channel as the L is a neat idea. As far as nebulosity
goes, it worked for you in improving the contrast of the film on red
objects. the background is a half to one stop too light, and a strong cyan
cast. Id add a little yellow, and darken the image with the lower slider in
PS. Tracking looks very good.

Subject: [APML] First light with FSQ
I finaly got out with my new used FSQ-106. What a
short night. Had a guiding problem so only got one
image. Was planning on two to stack. This will have to
do for now.

I'm trying to follow the conversation on APML on BW
copy of red channel for a luminance layer. Gave it a
try.
Comments welcome.
Thanks
