I fixed the f-stop
misprint Thanks, I think the 5.5 was 1.65?
That is
true.
I am waiting for a
new Telrad, So far I have been centering with the 80mm guide scope and I can’t
find crap with it.
I rest my case about
using setting circles!
I didn’t make
anything to hold the canisters back and they got in the way that is why I
cropped the image.
It does not take much
to keep them out of the way. This eveing I'll update the Schmidt guide
to show how Keith Shank keeps his film cassettes out of the
image.
Next time I will
clean the neg. up better before I scan. It was really windy Friday and the
temp dropped to 32 F. Usually it’s in the 60’s this time of year, Weird
weather this year.
Better than the rain
I have here <g>
Any suggestions on
color film for the Schmidt?
Go with
E200!
With very dark skies
how long do you think I could go with TP, I didn’t use any filter and the neg.
wasn’t very dark. It looked to me I was only about ½ way to the sky
fog.
By was the negative
dark, I meant the how dark was the unexposed portions of the hypered
film. If they were not about one f/stop in darkness, (measure with a
light meter) then you can extend your developing to 11
minutes.
Did you use a #92
filter with this shot?
