After taking Craig's advice, I came across the
definition of dot pitch and other weird things on the
website of P.C. magazine.
Dot pitch is: the distance on a CRT between the center
of a phosphor dot of a given color and the center of
the next nearest dot of the same color.
Makes sense to me. One of you guys had it right on, or
pretty close.
