Trawling through Ebay I just came across a real whopper of a lens. It is a 36" (914mm) f4 Perkin Elmer. My guess is it was a mapping camera. The objective is 9" across. It would be fun to own and make an amazing astrograph but it also weighs 300lb so no commercial mount I know of would hold it. The item number and URL are below.


Forget it! They have terrible color. I had a similar one made by Kodak and it was useless as an astrocamera.
