Alan--I used the GuideStar system for a couple years--it is well built, and
very adaptable.
Trailing I got in my images was attributable to polar alignment and mirror
shift--exacerbated
by the use of an SCT to guide an SCT. I guided manually at first, and then
switched to an ST4.

I have since moved to an MI-250, and an STV, and my GuideStar is collecting
dust.
