RE: [APML] M8-M20 LRGB using Jim's TP shot
Grant, thats an awesome image, and I really mean it. Those tiny tiny stars,
and lovely reds (dare I say luscious?) The blues seem to be very good in
the trifid. Do you think that the supra film is better than the royal gold
400 for milkyway photography?

Subject: [APML] M8-M20 LRGB using Jim's TP shot
Recently, Jim Janusz let me play with his M8-M20 Tp shot.
(Man did Jim capture some awesome detail!)
Here is the resulting LRGB using my recent Supra 400 shots.
Some notes...
I used a core mask for both nebulas to minimize burnout.
I also used a slight unsharp mask.
Other than that, I didn't do any processing to Jims' shot.
Be patient and let all 3 images load (about 600k).
Once loaded, click on the image to toggle 2 close-up versions.

Thought I'd share with the list. Enjoy!
P.S. Let me know if anyone has problems with the javascript code.
Some netscape users have reported trouble.
