[APML] lo-vac hypertimes for tec pan

I think Chuck said 100 hours?! for lo vacumn tec pan hyper times the other
day. (50 deg at 3 psi.) Can someone else confirm this; or can I shorten this
time with higher pressures. I'll be doing this in the cassette.
