I would think that given enough time a steady flow of N2 into a camera body will
eventually displace any moisture..but it may take a few extra minutes or perhaps
an initial high burst to get things going.

If I had a beautiful Nikon F3 like Scott has, I would take it to an expert
repairman and have them drill it..there has to be a safe place to do it.
