[APML] SBIG ST-4 frost problems

Hello, 

I own an ST-4 which is only about a year old.  Frost has built up on the
inside of the little chip window the last few nights I have used it. 
Last night, frost built up over the course of the evening even though
humidity was very low.  I remember from the list a while back that
people will remove the dessicant ring and bake it in the oven to help
with problems like these.  I looked at my ST-4, but I have no idea which
part is the dessicant ring.  Could someone give details on what the ring
looks like, as well as how long to bake it for and what temperature?
